Week 2 - Road Warrior
This Week I asked you to complete 3 x 1 hour brisk walks. This can be in any combination you'd like (a 3 hour walk or 6 half hour walks) but must be brisk. Get your heart pumping and enjoy the amazing weather and nature while we have it. Evidence required to earn your road warrior badge :)
Week 3 - Oldie but goldie
THIS WEEK I ASKED YOU TO watch a movie made (not set) on or before 1960. Get the popcorn out for movies made during the golden age of hollywood where special effects were practically non existent and actors depended on their acting skills to produce iconic feature films
Week 4 - Colour King/Queen
This week is Wellbeing week. A well known activity to take you into a meditative frame of mind is colouring. This Week I have set you a colour-by-numbers task. Stick that tongue out and turn off your mind as you colour the pretty picture :)
Week 5 - Om Nom Nom Nom
This week i have asked you to create a meal and prove it with a picture. A meal consists of more than two ingredients (for the purpose of this task) and involves some degree of preparation and cooking. Toast does not count!!
Week 6 - Yoga & Meditation
This week I want you to complete 4 ten minute Yoga Relaxation sessions. Get a signature from home as proof of completion.
